    Special Education Services

    To provide services to children with special education needs, the Norfolk Public Schools System invites all local agencies to participate in the identification of children with special needs. Contact the Norfolk Special Education Department for information regarding eligibility guidelines, Chapter 766 procedures and services.     Special Education Parent Advisory Council

    The Norfolk Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is a parent advisory committee which seeks to support and educate parents of special needs students in Norfolk.

    The meetings are open to anyone who has an interest in education and especially special education in the Norfolk schools.
