MCAS 2025

The Spring 2025 MCAS results highlight the continued growth and academic achievements of Norfolk Public Schools students across English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science. This presentation provides a snapshot of district performance and serves as one of many measures we use to reflect on our instructional practices and ensure all students receive the support or enrichment they need. Moving forward, we are excited to implement several next steps, including a strong focus on writing through our second year with HMH, the introduction of new resources like Amplify Desmos for Math, and a continued commitment to equity through data-driven planning and multi-tiered support systems.
