Kindergarten

In Kindergarten at H. Olive Day School, students begin their journey as joyful learners in warm, welcoming classrooms that celebrate diverse strengths. They build early foundations in reading, writing, math, and social–emotional growth through hands-on, play-based experiences that spark curiosity. Students learn how to collaborate, share ideas, and persevere as they try new things, laying the groundwork for a positive growth mindset. This year sets the stage for becoming thoughtful, enthusiastic thinkers.
