Since 2004, Norfolk Elementary School teachers have received grants from the Norfolk Elementary Education Foundation (NEEF). In 2011, the foundation was renamed as the Norfolk Elementary Schools Trust (NEST). NEST has a new membership, a new web site, and a new grant application. NEST's mission is to provide grants to teachers for projects and programs that demonstrate educational innovation and foster creativity while supporting the goals and curriculum of the Norfolk elementary schools. In the coming weeks, please look for information regarding grant applications and community fundraisers."
